The most important technical parameters of power supplies are, of course, the unit of power (W – WATT), the amperage (A – AMPER), and the voltage (V – VOLT). The input voltage is the type of current supplied to the power supply (usually 230 V), while the output voltage determines the current that flows between the power supply and the light source itself. Of course, the wattage of a power supply is the wattage that results from the output voltage and the current—solving voltage drop issues and providing savings on installation costs in the process.
Power supply 24V DC outputs 100W 4.16A (DC) pulse controlled, stabilized, waterproof.
This power supply has high IP67 protection, inside is fully sealed, which makes it waterproof for outdoor use. Its housing is resistant to mechanical damage. It can be used indoors and outdoors. A maximum of 20 m of 300 LED strips or 10 m of 600 LED strips is sufficient. Thanks to the built-in cables, connecting the power supply is easy and fast. Each has a length of about 15 cm.

How to connect LED strips
Do not connect LED strips longer than 5 m to each other – such connections may cause voltage drops. Connecting LED strips to a power supply should be done according to the diagram:

How to solder LED strips?
Another way to connect LED strips is soldering.
Right at the beginning, you should prepare the necessary items:- transformer- soldering iron- tin- strips or wires to be soldered.
Heat the soldering iron (the temperature should be between 320-380 °C).
2) Apply the tin to the designated spots of the LED strip (all information about these spots can be found at the link
3) Connect the dots horizontally with the applied tin.
Wait a few seconds until the mold has cooled down.
LED strips, how to connect them – standard connection scheme.
Used for short lengths of LED strips up to 5 m.
The above scheme should be used only for short distances when the length of the LED strip does not exceed 5 meters. At the very beginning, we connect the LED strip to the dimmer, to which we connect the purchased power supply. All these activities should be done on the spot. Only when the whole set is connected, it is put on the strip with glued LEDs.
Central connection scheme – LED strip connection.
Used when it is possible to arrange the LEDs in loops – usually used when the LEDs are connected via 5 M
The above diagram on the subject – LED tape and how to connect is used in cases where we want to run the LED lighting to the entire room. In such cases, we usually need more than 5 m LED tape.
One-sided connection scheme with additional “+” line.
For longer lengths of LED strips over 5 m.
We add a “+” wire of 0.75-1 mm cross-section and solder it to the “+” contact of the LED strip every 3-5 m.
Scheme of central connection with an additional “+” wire.
For longer LED strips over 5 m, 2 Add another “+” wire of 0.75-1 mm and solder it to the “+” contact of the LED strip about every 3-5 m.
